Stars connect people all around the world, from wherever you are you can see the same stars above. These stars present the people you are thinking about.
Every person is represented as a star, and your connections form a constellation. The user is the central star with colors they can switch between to show their status. Their friends “in the stars” will update accordingly.
With its modular design, you can add stars for each friend to create your own constellation. The timepiece can be hung as a chandelier, resembling a personal constellation in the night sky. Green indicates availability, red shows busy, and blue means a desire to chat.
Making the design modular and easy to assemble taught expertise over press-fit and snap-fit joints. Countless hours were spent refining SLA 3D printing and post-processing techniques.
